CAN BACKPACKERS APPLY?
Yes, backpackers are encouraged to apply as long as you have internet access and a mobile phone. You must have the rights to work in Australia, a Working Holiday Visa is suitable. We are registered for a 15% tax rate.
AM I ABLE TO WORK AND TRAVEL?
This is your opportunity to travel through Australia while earning money. Childcare centers and primary schools are all over Australia. Which means you could visit those while travelling! E.g.: you could start working for us in Brisbane, relocate to Sydney after a couple of months, then relocate to Melbourne or Perth. And you could visit the center’s in the rural areas.
HOW MANY HOURS CAN I WORK?
The maximum hours you can work per week is 38.
HOW LONG CAN I WORK FOR YOU FOR?
You can work in one area for up to 6 months.
HOW DO I GET A CAR?
If you are aged over 25, a car can be provided. This will be arranged after your interview and paperwork have been processed.
I AM UNDER 25 YEARS OLD, CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?
For insurance purposes with using our vehicles, age 25+ is preferable. Also, due to the nature of the job - life experience as well as suitable working experience is required. This is a high calibre job. If you feel you are suited for the role, and aged under 25 though, you may still be considered.
HOW WOULD I WORK WITH MY PARTNER?
Travelling with your partner? We have the possibility to work and travel together as a couple. You would visit the schools and travel together, but you will be paid on an hourly individual rate. This is the perfect opportunity for a couple!
CAN I WORK ALONE?
Of course! There is a position for you no matter what your traveling style is.
Flexible work hours
Opportunities to work part-time or fulltime, from Monday-Friday 09.00-16.00. Free during evenings and weekends.
Weekly payment
Weekly payment. Hourly wage of 24.88$ + super (as a couple, the both of you get this). The hourly wage will rise after a couple of weeks, when you are more experienced in the job.
Commissions Extra
Big commissions. On top of the hourly wage we pay you big commissions when you reach very realistic sales targets. 70% of our representatives achieve those targets on a weekly base.
Long term work available
The possibility to work long term. If you are willing to relocate you could even work longer than 6 months for us.

Sales Representatives - Couples
Positions are available for new team members to attend pre-booked meetings and share our resources with schools across the country. This position is a sales role, with bonuses available for exceptional performance. You will be paid an hourly base rate, and we provide full training. You must share our passion for inspiring positivity, health and well-being in children! This is resume adding, positive career building choice for a individual. Face-to face sales, management or team leading experience is preferred but not essential. We have positions available for a couple, if you would like to work together. You will be paid individually, but can work together. One of you must be over age 25 for insurance purposes with vehicle hire - or alternatively own your own car.
Sales Representative - Individuals
We're always on the lookout for passionate, personable people who share our values. Key skills include the ability to build a rapport with customers and communicate empathetically, combined with effective and respectful negotiation skills. You must also be able to work independently with intuitive thinking. Full training and pre-booked meetings are provided. We are on a mission to spread uplifting messages of well-being to children in schools across Australia and New Zealand, through our positive psychology based learning system. We need compassionate, driven people to help us do so!
